I did all as it says below, I´ve killed champion which gave me quest where I should talk with Cain, but as I came to cain, no new dialog was available, or quest mark above his head wasn’t shown… So i thought best idea is to restart game. _I also have problem with not getting quest, probably bugged for me. After few restart of game, quest event triggered, so resolved for me.
